Accounts Executive – US
Job Description
1. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in US accounting and must be proficient with QBO
2. Update the accounts and transactions every day in the accounting software
3. Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
4. Trust Account reconciliation (specific to law firms)
5. Directly working with clients including CPA firms in the USA.
6. Calculation of posting of month-end/year-end adjustments such as Accrued Interest, Provision of expenses, Accrued Income, Pre-paid expenses, Deferred Income, etc.
7. Posting journals for the payroll and various taxes such as sales & use tax, property tax, income tax, etc.
8. Accounts Payable management including AP aging analysis
9. Accounts receivable management including AR aging analysis
10. Contract-wise & class-wise profit and loss maintenance
11. Preparation of various financial reports
12. Preparation of basic Tax Returns
Timings: From 2.30 pm to 12am
Required Skills:
• Fluent in English communication
• Ability to and comfort with communicating with clients
• Good payroll and Sales tax knowledge will be added advantage

Job Description
- Review and managing of the US Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law compliances
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing, filing, identifying tax issues, and provide potential solutions to file the returns in accordance with US tax laws
- Should have in-depth knowledge of US taxation, bookkeeping and accounting
- Prior working knowledge for US Tax returns is required
- Able to meet deadlines and work based on the urgency of projects
- Working Knowledge of US Tax Software “Intuit Lacerte” is a must
- Fluent in English communication
