US Audit Support Executive
- Exp: Minimum 1 year of experience
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CPA, CA, CA(Inter), EA
- Job Profile: The US Audit Support Executive is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and audit work papers. Performing audit procedures such as pre-audit, risk assessment, vouchering and verification, and reconciliation of all control accounts, including but not limited to banks, credit cards, receivables, payables, etc. You will be responsible for being able to meet deadlines and work based on the urgency of projects and must have a working knowledge of the audit software “CaseWare.”
Senior Accounts Executive USA
- Exp: Minimum 3-5 Years of prior experience
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CPA, CA(Inter), ACCA preferred.
- Job Profile:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in US accounting and must be proficient with QBO. Update the accounts and transactions every day in the accounting software. Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations. Trust Account reconciliation (specific to law firms)Directly working with clients including CPA firms in the USA. Calculation of posting of month-end/year-end adjustments such as Accrued Interest, Provision of expenses, Accrued Income, Pre-paid expenses, Deferred Income, etc. Posting journals for the payroll and various taxes such as sales & use tax, property tax, income tax, etc. Accounts Payable management including AP aging analysis Accounts receivable management including AR aging analysis. Contract-wise & class-wise profit and loss maintenance. Preparation of various financial reports. Preparation of basic Tax Returns
US Tax Preparer
- Exp: Minimum 1 year of prior US Tax Experience
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CPA, CA, CA(Inter), EA
- Job Profile: Review and managing of US Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law compliances. Responsible for preparing, reviewing, filing, identifying tax issues, and providing potential solutions to file returns in accordance with US tax laws. Should have in-depth knowledge of US taxation, bookkeeping and accounting. Prior working knowledge of US Tax returns is required. Able to meet deadlines and work based on the urgency of projects. Working Knowledge of US Tax Software “Intuit Lacerte” is a must. Fluent in English communication
